Landra Nicolò

Nicolò received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in Biomedical Engineering with honors from the Politecnico di Torino in September 2019 and December 2021, respectively. Studying and specializing in biomedical instrumentation during his academic path genuinely fueled his interest in wearable technologies and bio-signal processing algorithms. In March 2021, Nicolò joined the eLiONS group, performing his thesis work under the supervision of Prof. Danilo Demarchi. After graduating from the Politecnico di Torino, he decided to pursue his studies, undertaking a Ph.D. in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering within the same university. Currently, his research focuses on designing and integrating an event-driven rehabilitation system for muscle and coordination monitoring. Besides his scientific interests, Nicolò loves outdoor sports and creative activities, such as climbing, biking, and drawing.
